Logica Infoway has submitted its Management Discussion & Analysis on the audited financial results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported robust performance for FY26, with revenue up 17.6% to ₹1,315.7 Cr, exceeding guidance.

EBITDA grew 29.5% to ₹30.6 Cr, and Profit After Tax rose 35.0% to ₹14.2 Cr.

This strong growth was fueled by a successful retail-led strategy, with retail revenue soaring 60.1% to ₹278.0 Cr, and the addition of 24 new stores.

Logica anticipates continued double-digit revenue growth in FY27, targeting over 100 stores and expanding EBITDA margins.
