Magadh Sugar & Energy's Board approved financial results for the quarter and year, reporting a net profit of 63.51 Cr for the year.

The Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 12.50 per share and appointed Mr. Rajan Arvin Dalal as Independent Director, while re-appointing Cost Auditors.
