Nilkamal's board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 20 per equity share for FY26, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.

The record date to determine eligible shareholders for this dividend is July 10, 2026. The company's share transfer books will be closed from July 11 to July 17, 2026, for both the AGM and dividend purposes.

Payment will be made on or after July 24, 2026.
