JSW Steel's Board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 7.10 per equity share for FY26. If approved at the upcoming AGM, the dividend will be paid within 30 days.

The record date for this dividend is July 7, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved a plan to raise long-term resources up to ₹7,000 crore via Non-Convertible Debentures with warrants and/or equity/convertible securities through a Qualified Institutional Placement, subject to shareholder approval.
