JSW Steel's board approved a final dividend of Rs. 7.10 per equity share (710%) for FY26. This dividend, pending shareholder approval at the July 24, 2026 AGM, will be paid to eligible shareholders.

The Record Date for dividend eligibility is July 7, 2026. The company also plans to seek shareholder approval at the AGM to raise up to ₹7,000 Cr via Non-Convertible Debentures with warrants and/or up to ₹7,000 Cr through equity/convertible securities via QIP.
