India Finsec's board has approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, with statutory auditors issuing unmodified reports.

For the year, the company reported a standalone profit after tax of 0.04 Cr on a total income of 0.41 Cr.

Consolidated figures show a total income of 860.77 Cr and a profit after tax of 216.66 Cr, with 154.06 Cr attributable to owners.

The board also appointed M/s Himanshu Sunil & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27, and Ms. Prachi Bansal as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer.

The company has transitioned to an unregistered Core Investment Company, with its subsidiary IFL Finance Ltd now operating as an NBFC-ICC.
