Record Date

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes has announced that its Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹10 per equity share (500% on ₹2 face value) for FY26. To determine shareholders eligible for this payout, a Record Date is set for August 11, 2026. The dividend is contingent on approval at the AGM on August 18, 2026, with payment expected by September 17, 2026.
