AKI India reported strong Q4 and full-year results.

Q4 FY26 total revenue jumped 47.6% YoY to ₹40.20 Cr, with full-year revenue for FY26 growing 35.4% YoY to ₹118.31 Cr, driven by its Leather & Leather Goods segment.

Net profit for Q4 FY26 dramatically rose ~485% YoY to ₹0.76 Cr, boosting EPS to ₹0.07. Full-year net profit increased ~15% YoY to ₹1.93 Cr, with EPS stable at ₹0.19. Quarterly profit growth was largely due to revenue increases outstripping higher material costs and employee expenses.

Full-year expenses also rose notably.

These results demonstrate strong financial momentum for the company.
