Outcome of Board Meeting

Abans Financial Services' board appointed Karan Heda as Non-Executive Director & Raghunathan Mudaliar as CFO (replacing Nirbhay Vassa). They also changed the registered office within Mumbai and approved a significant internal re-organisation of senior management.
