ARPOB rose 14% to Rs 44,644. Despite revenue growth, PAT declined 41.7% to Rs 242 Cr, and EBITDA saw modest 1.6% growth to Rs 828.2 Cr.

Telangana (57%) and Andhra Pradesh (24.2%) were key revenue drivers.

Basic EPS was Rs 6.03, down 37.3% YoY.

In Q4 FY26, KIMS inaugurated Thane Hospital, began O&M at Guntur Chakra, and introduced new robotic systems in Nagpur, Kannur, and MRGFUS in Secunderabad.
