Shree Hanuman Sugar & Industries is currently undergoing a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), initiated on 27.09.2024. Consequently, the Board of Directors' powers are suspended, with authority now vested in the Resolution Professional.

This status exempts the company from specific SEBI LODR regulations concerning board and committee structures.

The company faced a non-compliance for not appointing a qualified company secretary as compliance officer, resulting in a BSE fine of 108560. The Resolution Professional is actively working to resolve this compliance matter.
