VISA Chrome (formerly VISA Steel) has announced a significant internal share transfer within its promoter group.

VISA Industries Ltd (VIL) has increased its stake in the company from 31.96% to 62.40% through this transfer.

This means VIL is now the official Holding Company of VISA Chrome.

This move consolidates control under VIL, clarifying the ownership structure for investors.
