KEC International's board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 5.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This payout, representing 275% of the face value, is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

If sanctioned by shareholders, the dividend will be disbursed within 30 days of its declaration, offering a direct return to investors.
