Astral Limited's Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This payout is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The company will announce the AGM and dividend payment dates in due course.

Additionally, Mr. Sandeep Engineer's re-appointment as Managing Director for a five-year term, effective April 1, 2027, was also approved, pending shareholder nod.
