Rama Phosphates has proposed a final dividend of ₹0.25 per equity share for FY25-26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

This, combined with the earlier interim dividend of ₹0.50, brings the total dividend for the financial year to ₹0.75 per share.

The company has set July 31 as the record date for the final dividend.

If approved, the payout to eligible shareholders will occur on or after September 3. This demonstrates a consistent return to shareholders.
