Rama Phosphates Ltd. (RAMAPHO) has announced a final dividend of ₹0.25 per share for FY26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.

The record date to determine eligibility for this final dividend is Friday, July 31, 2026. If approved, the payout will occur on or after September 3, 2026. Including the interim dividend, the total dividend for FY26 is ₹0.75 per share.
