Logica Infoway has released its financial results for the half-year and full-year FY26, reporting its best-ever performance.

Full-year revenue rose 17.6% year-on-year to ₹1,315.7 Cr, driven by strong retail growth.

EBITDA surged 29.5% to ₹30.6 Cr, and PAT increased 35.0% to ₹14.2 Cr.

Gross margin expanded to 5.91%, reflecting a deliberate shift towards higher-margin retail, which grew 60% year-on-year to ₹278 Cr and now represents 21% of total revenue.

The company added 24 new stores, expanding its COCO network to 77 stores.

Management aims for 100+ stores by FY27, targeting sustained double-digit revenue growth.
