BASF India has set July 30, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed dividend.

Shareholders on record by this date will be eligible to receive the dividend, pending approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The dividend payment is scheduled to be distributed on or after August 17, 2026.
