Siddha Ventures Limited has informed stakeholders about a significant operational change concerning its share services.

The company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), CB Management Services Private Ltd., has amalgamated with MUFG Intime India Private Limited.

As a result, MUFG Intime India Private Limited will now serve as the official RTA for Siddha Ventures.

This ensures the continued efficient management of shareholder records and all share transfer activities, providing clarity for investors regarding their point of contact for such matters.
