FY26 performance was stable with Rs. 5,381 Cr revenue and Rs. 802 Cr PAT, supported by robust production and a healthy Rs. 837 Cr net cash.

The company is in expansion mode, growing captive iron ore capacity to 6 MnT and pellet production to 4.7 MnT.

Big plans include a new 0.7 MnT Cold Rolled Mill (CRM) and a 1 MnT Integrated Steel Plant.

Driving green energy, GPIL is expanding solar power to 540 MW and building a 20 GWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project, aiming for Net-Zero by 2050. Recent wins include key mining approvals and a new pellet plant commissioning.

A Rs. 1/share dividend was approved.

Management expects significant long-term growth, targeting ~5x revenue by 2031, driven by efficiency and green initiatives.
