PTC India delivered a strong performance in Q4 and FY2025-26. Trading volume for the full year grew 12% to 92.80 Billion Units, with Q4 volume surging 24%. Full-year PAT stood at ₹397.04 Crore, and Total Comprehensive Income was ₹398.28 Crore.
Q4 PAT increased by 19%, excluding a prior-year one-off.
Trading margins also showed healthy growth, up 27% in Q4 and 11% for the full year.
A key strategic focus is expanding into renewable energy, marked by a new Joint Venture with NLC India Renewables to develop up to 2,000 MW of green energy projects.
The company is actively adding new cross-border and C&I clients, and engaging in consulting for smart meters and renewable project management.
Renewable projects now comprise 58% of their operating PPA portfolio.
Management sees C&I and CPP models as crucial growth drivers, fueled by the transition to carbon neutrality.
The company declared a total dividend of ₹8.50 per share for FY26.
