Valiant Organics will acquire 1.86 Cr shares (34.26% stake) in Valiant Laboratories from promoter Dhanvallabh Ventures LLP.

This inter-group transfer, part of a restructuring, will shift ownership within the promoter family.

The reference price for this acquisition is ₹62.71 per share.
