KDDL Limited: Strong Q4, Full-Year Growth Amidst Profit Dip KDDL delivered a robust performance in Q4 FY26. Consolidated Total Income surged 35.6% to Rs 584.7 Cr, with EBITDA up 25.2% to Rs 95.0 Cr.
Q4 net profit after minority interest saw a healthy 26.9% jump to Rs 28.6 Cr, resulting in an EPS of Rs 20.58. For the full year FY26, consolidated Total Income grew significantly by 30.3% to Rs 2,207.8 Cr, and EBITDA increased 18.3% to Rs 363.2 Cr.
However, full-year consolidated net profit declined by 5.0% to Rs 135.2 Cr, and EPS dropped to Rs 71.63, partly due to a statutory impact of labor codes.
The company is strategically focusing on high-growth segments.
Growth drivers include increasing demand from Japanese and Swiss mid-to-high-end watch brands, with Dials & Hands targeting 10-12% CAGR.
Expansion in Bracelets, Cases, and Eigen (precision engineering) aims for 20-25% CAGR, leveraging high-precision components and export markets.
Ornapac (packaging) also presents a substantial opportunity of Rs 80-100 Cr, driven by sustainable luxury packaging.
A notable recent development is the commencement of commercial production of steel bracelets in Karnataka in 2024. KDDL continues to invest in automation and artisanal, high-value products to capitalize on strong demand visibility.
