For the full FY26, revenue increased by 1.5% to 1,470.3 Cr, while net profit saw a slight dip of 1.1% to 324.4 Cr, resulting in a diluted EPS of INR 14.76. Broking & Trading remains the dominant segment, accounting for over 93% of revenue.

The company is strategically focused on deepening algorithmic trading penetration through its uTrade platform for retail investors.

Diversification into merchant banking, secured NBFC lending, insurance broking, and wealth management services is a key growth driver.
