HLE Glascoat delivered robust FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹1,353 Cr, up 31.7% YoY, driven by strong orders.
However, PAT saw an 8.4% dip to ₹56.6 Cr, and EBITDA grew just 5.4% to ₹148.5 Cr.
This profit impact largely stems from initial losses at the recently acquired Omeras Germany (₹15.6 Cr PAT loss) and one-time acquisition costs.
The company is strategically expanding, with Omeras set to tap into renewable energy and water infrastructure, including a new Omeras India division.
Heat Transfer Equipment (Kinam acquisition) also posted strong 50.3% revenue growth.
A healthy order book of ₹681.6 Cr provides good future visibility, and debt-to-equity improved to 0.51, strengthening the balance sheet for future growth.
