Spencer's Retail reported Q4 sales growth of 6% YoY to Rs436 Cr, mainly fueled by the Spencer's segment's 8.1% YoY increase.
Full-year FY26 sales, however, dipped 9.8% to Rs1800 Cr due to previous store closures.
Despite this, the company saw its full-year gross margin expand by 92 bps to 20.5%. Consolidated Q4 EBITDA turned positive at Rs2.2 Cr, a notable improvement from a loss last year, reflecting an efficiency drive.

Organic digital engagement also soared 138% in Q4. Nature's Basket, despite a Q4 sales dip, improved its EBITDA through tight operating cost management.
ORIPL's online revenue grew 54% YoY in Q4. FY26 consolidated PBT was Rs(-)249.6 Cr.
