Happy Forge has set July 20, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend.

Shareholders holding shares by this date will be eligible for a dividend of Rs. 4 per equity share for FY26. The 47th Annual General Meeting will be held on July 27, 2026, where this dividend is expected to be declared.

Payment will follow within 30 days of the AGM.

To be eligible for voting at the AGM, the cut-off date is also July 20, 2026.
