Igarashi Motors' Board has proposed a Final Dividend of Rs. 1.30 per equity share (face value Rs.10) for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This dividend is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting, which will be held on August 07, 2026. If approved by shareholders, the payout will be completed within 30 days after the AGM.
