Ashoka Buildcon reported mixed results for Q4 FY26, with standalone revenue at Rs. 1,819 Cr (-10% YoY) and consolidated revenue at Rs. 1,992 Cr (-28% YoY). For the full FY26, standalone revenue was Rs. 5,952 Cr (-17% YoY) and consolidated revenue Rs. 7,704 Cr (-25% YoY). Despite this, full-year standalone PAT surged to Rs. 320 Cr (+63%) and consolidated PAT to Rs. 2,576 Cr (+49%), largely due to exceptional gains from the monetization of HAM and BOT projects.

The company is actively expanding, securing new projects including a major JV in Saudi Arabia (company share Rs. 846.4 Cr), a bridge project in Bihar for Rs. 241.9 Cr (company share), and road projects in Liberia ($45 million) and Angola ($72 million). It also received a Letter of Intent for a Rs. 1,136 Cr modernization project in Maharashtra.

Ashoka Buildcon holds a robust order book of Rs. 15,312 Cr as of March 31, 2026, predominantly in Road EPC and Railways.

Strategic asset monetization has strengthened its balance sheet, reflected in a standalone Debt-Equity Ratio of 0.49x, and the company achieved Commercial Operation Dates for key HAM projects.
