EMA Partners India has completed its buyback via tender offer, repurchasing 7,25,000 equity shares at Rs 100/share.

The total buyback size was Rs 7.25 Cr.

Following the closure of the buyback, these shares have been extinguished, reducing the company's total outstanding shares to 2,25,21,426. This strategic move has increased promoter holding from 63.71% to 65.76%, enhancing shareholder value by shrinking the equity base.
