Birla Cable's Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹1.25 per share (12.50%) for the financial year 2025-26. This payout is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

If shareholders give their consent, the dividend will be distributed within 30 days following its declaration post-AGM.

The company also reported full-year revenue of ₹771.11 Cr and a net profit of ₹16.87 Cr.
