Awfis Space Solutions' Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved two key items.

The company allotted 22,695 new equity shares at Rs. 10 face value to employees exercising stock options, increasing its paid-up capital from approximately 71.54 Cr to 71.56 Cr.

This exercise generated Rs. 0.32 Cr for the company.

Additionally, 61,830 new employee stock options were granted under the 2024 scheme.

These options, with a face value of Rs. 10 and an exercise price of Rs. 240, will vest over four years.

This move incentivizes employees and reflects growth initiatives.
