Ajmera Realty & Infra's board has proposed a final dividend of Re.

1 per equity share (face value Rs. 2) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This dividend is contingent on shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, with payment expected within 30 days thereafter.

The company also announced its audited financial results for the quarter and full financial year, with Consolidated Net Profit for FY26 reported at Rs. 149.79 Cr.
