Midwest Gold Limited has officially changed its name to Midwest Energy Limited.

This rebranding reflects the successful Scheme of Amalgamation with Midwest Energy Private Limited, which received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

A new Certificate of Incorporation confirms this change.
