Amanaya Ventures Limited's Board has approved the appointment of M/s Suparn Sekhri & Associates as the company's Secretarial Auditors for five consecutive years, from FY 2025-26 through FY 2029-2030. This appointment is subject to approval by the company's members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

This step is crucial for ensuring ongoing compliance with statutory requirements and strengthens the company's governance framework for stakeholders.

The new auditors will undertake the Secretarial Audit of the company.
