CONCOR's board has declared a Final Dividend of ₹1.00 per equity share (20% on ₹5 face value) for FY 2025-26. This payout, totaling ₹76.16 Cr, awaits shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

Once approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days of the AGM.

The record date for eligibility will be announced separately.

This final dividend supplements three interim dividends already distributed this year, impacting shareholder returns.
