EMA Partners India Limited promoters, Krishnan Sudarshan and Subramanian Krishnaprakash, along with their group, reported an increase in their equity shareholding.

Their stake rose from 63.71% to 65.76% (+2.05%). This change occurred not from acquiring new shares but due to the company's share buyback of 7,25,000 equity shares, which reduced the total outstanding capital.
