Dhansa Labs has allotted 3,63,043 new equity shares at an issue price of Rs. 46 each after an investor converted their warrants.

This transaction injected Rs. 1.67 Cr into the company.

Following this, the company's paid-up equity share capital now stands at 2.69 crore shares, totaling Rs. 26.90 Cr.

Importantly, 89,13,044 warrants remain outstanding, offering potential for further capital increases as more investors convert their holdings.

This move strengthens the company's financial position and modifies its capital structure.
