Coastal Roadways' board has approved its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The company reported a net profit of 0.03 Cr for the quarter and 1.58 Cr for the year.

Total income reached 8.96 Cr for the quarter and 41.52 Cr for the year.

The board also re-appointed Mr. Kanhaiya Kumar Todi as Chairman, MD & CEO and Mr. Raja Saraogi as Whole-time Director, each for three years.

Additionally, Mr. Sushil Kumar Todi and Mr. Udit Todi were appointed as Whole-time Directors for three years.

All director appointments await shareholder approval.
