Outcome of Board Meeting

Anjani Portland Cement has announced a board meeting on May 27, 2026. The board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. FY26 consolidated revenue hit Rs 455.21 Cr, with a net loss of Rs 26.31 Cr.

However, Q4 saw a Rs 1.65 Cr net profit on Rs 124.04 Cr revenue.

An Internal Auditor was re-appointed.
