Following Mr. Raja Venkataraman's departure, Mr. Ramaswami Krishnan has assumed key committee roles at Amrutanjan Health Care.

He is now Chairman of the Audit Committee and a Member of both the CSR and Risk Management Committees, marking a leadership transition.
