Record Date

Remsons Industries has revised its Record Date for the Interim Dividend for FY2025-26. The new Record Date for eligibility is now June 3, 2026. This means only shareholders whose names are on the books by June 3, 2026, will receive the interim dividend.

The previous Record Date was June 2, 2026.
