Outcome of Board Meeting

Spectrum Talent Management's board approved audited financial results for FY26. Key decisions include migrating to NSE/BSE Main Board, increasing borrowing and investment limits to ₹500 Cr (subject to shareholder nod), and a $2.5 Million guarantee for its US subsidiary.
