CHD Chemicals has announced a board meeting on 30th May to consider and approve its financial results for the period ended 31st March.

The meeting was initially scheduled earlier but was postponed because accounts are not finalized and audit procedures are still ongoing.

This means a slight delay in the release of the company's earnings.

Additionally, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities remains closed from 1st April and will reopen on 1st June for key personnel and their relatives.
