Alkem Labs reported strong Q4 & FY26 results! 🎉 Q4 revenue jumped 14.6% YoY to ₹3,603.3 Cr.

India sales grew 8.8% to ₹2,324.5 Cr, and international sales soared 25.4% to ₹1,222.3 Cr.

For FY26, total revenue was up 13.5% YoY at ₹14,712.3 Cr.

India sales hit ₹9,851.4 Cr (+9.7%), and international sales ₹4,681.0 Cr (+22.5%). FY26 EBITDA reached a record ₹3,005.2 Cr (+19.6%), with margins expanding to 20.4%. While Q4 net profit declined 22.7% to ₹236.5 Cr due to exceptional items, FY26 net profit grew 6.3% to ₹2,301.8 Cr.

Company ended FY26 with a solid net cash position of ₹900 Cr.

Growth drivers: broad-based performance in both domestic and international markets, strong execution, and cost discipline.

Domestic biz outperformed the Indian Pharma Market in acute & chronic segments.

International biz benefited from new US launches & volume gains.

Management expects healthy growth in FY27, focusing on chronic therapies & international launch pipeline.
