The company posted record quarterly and annual revenues, EBITDA, and PAT, with operating PBT jumping 22% to ₹5,163 Cr for FY26. The record date to determine eligibility for this dividend is Wednesday, June 3, 2026. Payment will be made on or before June 26, 2026.
