Ashok Leyland's Board has declared a Second Interim Dividend of ₹2.50 per equity share (face value ₹1/-) for FY26. Shareholders eligible for this dividend will be determined by the Record Date of June 3, 2026. The payment is set to be completed on or before June 26, 2026. With this, the total dividend for FY26 reaches ₹3.50 per share.

Importantly, no final dividend will be issued for FY26. This payout offers a direct return to investors.
