Popular Estate Management filed its Secretarial Compliance Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, confirming broad compliance with regulatory requirements.

However, the company incurred fines for several lapses.

It paid 3.24 lakh for various compliance issues and 0.11 lakh for late submission of its shareholding pattern for the December 2025 quarter.

The report also detailed a 2.71 lakh fine from the previous year due to an incomplete financial results filing, which the company attributed to an inadvertent error and sought a waiver for.
