Insecticides (India) Ltd. Board approved audited consolidated FY26 results: Revenue ~2,140 Cr, Profit ~139 Cr, EPS 47.91. Also greenlit an Employee Stock Purchase Scheme for 2 lakh shares and appointed Sanskar Aggarwal as Whole Time Director.
