Balurghat Technologies announced changes to its Board of Directors.

Mrs. Shweta has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective immediately, pending shareholder approval for a five-year term.

Simultaneously, Mrs. Geetika Khandelwal resigned as an Independent Director due to personal reasons, with her resignation effective from the close of business hours.

These board changes led to the immediate reconstitution of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

This ensures board continuity and refreshes independent oversight for key governance functions.
